Sales & Business Development
Wendy MacDonald is a sales, marketing and communications professional with a record of driving business development and growth. Her passion for sales, her organizational and strategic planning ability, and her ability to think outside the box make her an invaluable resource to any organization looking to drive bottom-line results.
In one of her early sales management positions, the CFO told Wendy she had an uncanny ability to forecast. The truth is, those incredibly accurate forecasts are the result of Wendy’s ability to translate her knowledge about the sales process into a well-organized plan of action.
Wendy’s deep experience in sales and media lets her push boundaries to help her clients grow and increase profitability. That might mean implementing strategies to double a customer base or implementing an innovative plan that shows marked revenue growth in just three years (she’s done both!).
Wendy infuses the perfect balance of organization, strategy, wisdom and patience into every assignment, and the results speak for themselves.

Lotta is our No. 1 sales rep, with a focus on creating successful solutions for our clients. She is organized, persistent and cool under pressure. She knows how to effectively manage a large number of details, from a wide range of email and phone outreach campaigns to ensuring details are in place for our conferences.
Those skills serve Lotta – and her clients! – well. Whether she’s creating an advertising program that attracts new revenue, lining up sponsors for a sold-out trade show event or selling houses to eager buyers (in her past life), Lotta finds the right fit and creates the perfect foundation for her clients to thrive.
What’s unique about Lotta is not only is she a people person, she’s a bit of a tech geek, too. She delights in finding ways to use the latest technology to stay organized, communicate and create efficiencies for her clients.

ADMINISTRATION AND AD COORDINATION
Carrie is our master communicator and organizer – She will keep you on track to ensure you get your ads in on time and in the right format. Carrie makes all the millions of details she manages fall into place every single time for our clients.
She also manages a multitude of trade show details from ensuring exhibitors stay on track to putting a keen eye on printed materials for the highest level of accuracy. Behind the scenes she watches all the details and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We think she’s simply enchanting, and it’s no surprise that our clients do, too.
